is it possible to create a Receive Order in CRO or a Purchase Order with the selection of the forwarder (FedEx, UPs)?
For a potential customer there is a need to create a stand-alone part repair flow. A customer opens a repair request and our potential client needs to select a forwarder to receive the part and proceed with the repair and then send the part back to the customer.
Is there anyone who can help me? Could anyone point me to a possible solution to manage this flow?
