This is a question regarding the UI of the application. 

The miscellaneous resource allocations can be access from the mwo Navigator. It is not displayed as a tile. Is there a reason for this action to only be available in the mwo navigator. If Customer is using this functionality frequently, it is good to have it as a tile in the dashboard. Is there a way to display it as a tile?
