We have a scenario like this with one of our customers. Under the electrical maintenance department, there are sub-resource groups such as electrical foreman and electrical expert foreman. A separate hourly cost is required for each group. Our personnel are defined within these sub-resource groups. When the maintenance order is planned, the resource plan is made according to the top group such as electrical maintenance resource group. What we want in the technical portal is that anyone can get the job, regardless of whether it is a foreman or a specialist foreman. Currently, the maintenance personnel we observe in IFS can view and operate the jobs assigned to whatever sub-resource group is defined. How can we solve this situation?
