Hi All,

In Request management, changing delivery unit of a Request was not possible after releasing until recent times.
But, I checked today and it is possible to change the delivery unit of a Request after releasing (even after starting) of a Request. The change is update in subsequent Scopes and Tasks as well.
Was this a change of recent releases?
We are in  26R1 SU4.

Current SDU is 100011 and the Request is started.

Updating it to 100021. Information message appears to update delivery unit.

It’s updated.

TIA.

In 25R2:

Edit Service Organization allows changing the Request’s associated Service Organization (SO) and its Service Delivery Unit (SDU). It is, however, not possible to use the Assistant to only change the SDU of the current SO. It is possible to directly change the Service Delivery Unit on a Request while the Request is in status New.

The behavior changed in 26R1.

The behavior changed in 26R1. - That means we can change SDU even after work started.
