In the MWO Service app (IFS Cloud 25R2), I want to stop technicians adding attachments once a work assignment is Completed. They should still be able to view the existing ones.
I added this to RequestTaskDetail in the Cust layer:
attachments
{
enabled = [Objstate != "COMPLETED"];
}
- Global context user: works. The attachment icon is hidden on completed tasks.
- User in another configuration context: doesn’t work. The icon is still shown and they can add attachments. Even
enabled = [false]has no effect.
I updated the context’s page configuration baseline and re-published it, but the problem is the same.
Has anyone seen this? Is there a way to hide or disable attachments based on status that also works offline?
