Hi All,

I am having issues with starting a work task on the MWO application.

IFS system:

I’ve used the microsoft store and downloaded both IFS MWO Service and IFS MWO Maintenance. I was able to login with both systems and both systems synchronized. And I managed to assign a Work Task to mobile and download it. I was also able to ‘accept’ the task.

But when I try to click ‘Start Work’ I get an error:

Initially with MWO Service I got a different error

@Alexander Heinze , if you would have any insights to this issue, that would be fantastic!

Best Regards

Roel Timmermans

Hi,

It seems this is a mismatching between request management and WO management. Your assignment is related to WO-WT. But, the error message is about Request Task. Which type Workflow Configuration you are using?

Dear @kasunhp

Yes, i also think it has to do with some kind of misalignment with regards to Work tasks / Request Tasks.

I am using the classic Service/Maintenance functionality (no Request Management). The implementation is focused solely on internal maintenance - no external customers.

Best Regards

Roel

@Timmermans Roel

Can you see a field “Configuration Applied” in you task details in MWO? If so can you show a screenshot of the header of that workflow configuration?

HI @kasunhp

So when I use IFS MWO Service - I am unable to access the Task details in MWO. When I click the task itself I get the SLA Error.

When I click on ‘Travel’, or ‘Start Work’  I get another error

Switching to IFS MWO Maintenance does allow me to go into the Work Task Details:

But I don’t see ‘Configuration Applied’ anywhere…. :-(

Clicking ‘Start Work in IFS MWO Maintenance gives the error:

Best Regards

Roel
