If the service technician forgets to share the service report with the customer or forgets to save it, there is no way to generate the service report again, if the assignment is no longer in mWO.

There should be a way of creating a service report in the Cloud without developing a report.

This could possibly be solved by another wish, i.e by auto-attaching a service report to the assignment, which will be synchronized to IFS Cloud.

Check out the latest roadmap presentation, your second wish will come true soon. 😁

Independent from that, you could still use server-side report generation, which would also give you way more styling options plus the possibility to report across multiple tasks or assignments.

Thank you Alex, we are aware of the roadmap. However, the customer wanted us to raise the idea to enable them to have a back up to mWO.

@Alexander Heinze Any future plant to customers who are not using MWO?

If they are not using MWO, they should of course first consider the brand-new IFS Nexus Black Resolve 😉

Apart from that I don’t know if there are plans to provide a standard backoffice report for request tasks.
