Hi Colleagues,In connection with testing the integration to Pagero,  encountered issues related to missing fields required for outbound invoices to Romania. Specifically, the fields “Seller Legal Information,” “Seller Country Code,” and “VAT Accounting Currency Code” do not appear to be included in the IFS_EINVOICE_TO_FINANCE transformer. Is IFS fully complies with the ANAF requirements for Romanian outbound e‑invoicing. Comparison of the transformers in IFS 10 and IFS Cloud does not indicate that these mandatory fields are being generated in either version. We received following error from Pagero sideThe document does not satisfy requirements for recipients format Romania EN16931 CIUS. The following errors were identified: [BR-RO-030]-Daca Codul monedei facturii (BT-5) este altul decat RON, atunci Codul monedei de contabilizare a TVA (BT-6) trebuie sa fie RON. #If the Invoice currency code (BT-5) is other than RON, then the VAT accounting currency code(BT-6) must be RON. /*:Invoice[1]

Community, when posting lines generated from work order task that are under customer warranty, in the below screenshot, you can see the column Revene% under Sales tab, according to IFS document stated below, it should be Revenue % = 0. but system still values it 100, is it a bug? We are in APP10.Posting lines are under customer warranty.

Hi all, As most know, Microsoft is retiring SMTP Legacy Auth on 5/1/2026.Is there a way to allow/configure Modern Authentication, OAuth if we are still using FSM 6? We are on .26 and using Basic Auth currently. Is there current support for Modern Authentication for SMTP in FSM6?  Thanks ahead for any information.

Hi,I ran a database script with views in Quick Reports and it worked. However, when I try to run it through the table directly, it gives an insufficient privilege error. I think this can be handled by granting the appropriate permissions, but can anyone please let me know which exact permission set I need to assign? Thanks in advanceRegards

Hi IFS Community,We are currently on 25R2 service update 02 in our remote environments. We are planning to install the PSO service in the remote environment, and since we are new to this solution, we have the following questions and are looking for community expertise:Do we need to purchase a separate license key from IFS to perform the installation? The component SVCSCH is currently active in the solutionset.yaml file. Do we use the same database instance configured for the IFS Cloud application for PSO, or do we need to create a separate database instance?

Hello,As a system requirement, I want to create an email that works as follows: If wanted receipt date - today = 1, the system should read all order numbers and send an email to the requesters of the orders where this condition is met. However, I couldn’t figure out how to make the system read all order numbers. The second approach I tried was to create an email directly using the following code, but it still doesn’t read all order numbers:DECLARE text_ VARCHAR2(32767); subject_ VARCHAR2(2000) := 'Teslim Tarihi Yaklaşıyor'; attach_ VARCHAR2(2000); wanted_date_ DATE; diff_days_ NUMBER;BEGIN -- Safely convert the date wanted_date_ := TRUNC( TO_DATE(SUBSTR('&NEW:WANTED_RECEIPT_DATE',1,10),'YYYY-MM-DD') ); -- Calculate day difference diff_days_ := wanted_date_ - TRUNC(SYSDATE); -- If 1 day remains IF diff_days_ >= 1 THEN text_ := 'Sayın İlgili,'; text_ := text_ || '<br&g

Going the report in (complete assitant) on MWO to complete a request task. When marked as complete the data doesnt sync to IFS Cloud. There are failed transactions listed for the logged in user. See both in the screenshots below. This issue only happens with a user that has an employee record.Attempted the following so far:Admin permission set complete employment record make Time Clock User = True

The customer wants to direct his share-point documents to IFS application through an BIZAPI integration (using an XML file). Like we can attach oracle path/local documents by just giving the file path (eg: C:/IFS/PROD/PDM/ABCDE123.pdf) through an object property , is there any method we can use in this scenario to attach those share-point documents? If there’s no any way, what is the best approach we can give to the customer as a solution?

We’ve identified an issue this morning affecting import/export actions in IFS, such as downloading document attachments from purchase orders. When users attempt to save a file to their local machine, the IFS client crashes and closes. We’ve tested this across multiple user devices, and the behaviour is consistent.Everything was functioning normally before the weekend, but as of this morning the feature is failing entirely in both our production and development environments. As an additional check, I tested the same actions directly on the server/VM hosting our middleware instance, and import/export works correctly there. This makes me suspect the issue may be related to something on the local Windows machines, possibly a recent update. Our application is accessed through an App Gateway, but this has been in place for some time without any issues, so it seems unlikely to be the cause.Has anyone else seen this?

Hi Experts, I have created a new external file template to generate the supplier check payment.plan is to generate this file as soon the check is created via payment order. we have done the setup to the payment formats and suppliers as needed. but still the file is not getting generated. then added this payment format to the supplier,in my external file template, I have ORDER_ID as parameter, should that be a problem?if I execute the file template through the file assistant it creates the output file. what could be the issue here? do I need to setup a separate event on this? Kind Regards!Niyo

Hello, is this a design of IFS or a bug. I am trying to add a person resource to another maintenance organization on the same site and I am getting an error message. This user is primarily responsible for mending and maintaining our production tools but they also have to record data on maintaining the machines they use in there. So we can easily differentiate on which work orders and tasks are for which area we have created separate Maintenance Organization, however it appears that I can not add an employee to multiple Maint Org for the same site.Is this a bug or the way the system is designed, we are currently using 24R2 SU4.

Hi!I cannot get my head around where below setting is defined, the Grants-property of an command. Can anyone enlighten me how this work and were this code is added?See the yellow marking in below pic.

Hi All,I tried to set a sort order on the FSM Repair Centre Screen in the usual way in Primary Table Constraints Editor and noticed it did not work (screen shown below). On loading the baseline screen I then noticed none of the column sorts work when you click each of the column headers. This will likely be why my sort configured in Primary Table Constraints Editor did not work. Have any of you come accross this before and is there a fix? We are on U27. Thanks,Barry

Hi, It is possible in IFSCloud in the Business Activities view to close (completed) single activity. Is it possible to make the command available also when you choose several activities?

Hello, We are working on an integration with one of our business partners using the BPA workflows offered by IFS Cloud (We are on 23R1). All the logic is in place and is working as intended, but the BPA fails for “large” datasets. We are using the REST Call Task to send a web request to our partner’s API. The request body/payload cannot be stored as a string because when there are many items, the requestBody would quickly exceed the 2000 character limit to be stored in the Oracle database as a string. If it were to be stored as a string, we would receive a persistence layer exception at the end of the workflow.Instead, we are storing it in a process variable called ‘requestBody’ as an object. The request body field of the REST Call Task requires a string, so we must convert the JSON object to a string using Camunda Spin: JSON(requestBody).toString() in the task. This works perfectly for “small“ payloads. However, even though I am not storing the “large” string, it still throws the same p

When uploading a large file to import Fixed assets, using the system generated ExtFAObject external file template, we are receiving the following error:  “The depreciation (14695.69) for book INTERNAL is greater than the acquisition value 14500.”This is the same error for all assets, regardless of the actual acquisition value included in the upload.  Can anyone assist with this error?  Here is an example of the data being uploaded - you can see in this case the asset acquisition value is actually 24291.26.  Would appreciate any assistance.  This is happening on all the assets in the file

Hello,I’ve encountered a behavior in IFS V10 that doesn’t seem normal.create a first customer schedule (progression 1) with one line. I then release the schedule, which creates the customer order line, and I deliver that line. After that, I create a second version of the schedule (progression 2) containing the two lines: the previous one and a new line. When I release it, I receive an error message saying that the system cannot cancel the first line (that is delivered). However, I don’t understand why the system is trying to cancel it.I repeated the same test in IFS Cloud and I do not get this error. So I’m not sure whether this is a V10 issue or if some configuration is missing.Could you please help me with this?Thank you.

Planning Method E+F uses Order Overhead in the MRP calculation. Can someone explain in detail how the Order Overhead is calculated? Is it related to Cost Buckets/Elements. It seems that the Ordering Costs in Inventory Part are also will be considered for manufactured Parts.

All,When I set up the employees to the resource Customer Support Tooling Work (Person Group) I had no issues with seeing these employees to be seen in the Maintenance Organizations, however when I have set up a new resource of Maintenance (Person Group) I can not see these employees in the Maintenance Organizations.I have noticed that when I look at the employee on the person resource the Maintenance/Service tab where you add the company once expanded the Employemnt is blank for the new set up, what have I missed? I can’t see any difference in set up and I am not aware that we have applied a SU since the first was set up.Original set up New Set Up
