We had an issue where the Print Agent died and when we rebooted, everything began working normally, and new print jobs flowed fine, but there are still over a dozen jobs in “Print Manager” stuck in “Working” status.

 

Any ideas?

The status ‘Working’ indicates that the print job has been picked up by the Batch Processor in the Integration Server.

If the jobs remain in this status for an extended period, a restart of the Integration Server may be required.


Restarting IFS did resolve it and then we were able to delete the stuck ones.


How did you delete the ‘stuck’ ones?  We have the same problem here...thanks!
