Can somebody help me on below.

In the below Sales Price List, Sales Price is updates as ‘0’ since the Calculated Sales Price is getting updated correctly.

Cost sets are used to calculate the base price.

Thank you!

@Dilrangi have you tried running cost calculation in Cost Set 3 and see if the data in Sales Part BAse Price changes. It might be you never run cost calculation in cost set 3.

Hi @Dilrangi,

Thanks for raising this! I took a look at the screenshots and can see that the Calculated Sales Price column is correctly populated based on the Cost Set and pricing logic — but the Sales Price field remains 0.00, which is causing confusion.

✅ Likely Cause

The issue is likely due to the Sales Price List not being updated from the Calculated Sales Price values. Even though the system is calculating them correctly in the background, IFS doesn't automatically push those values into the Sales Price field unless explicitly triggered.

🔄 Solution: Sync Calculated Sales Price to Sales Price

You can do this using:

🧩 Update Sales Price Lists from Base Prices
Located in:
Sales → Pricing → Base Prices → Sales Part Base Prices

  1. Filter your list as needed (e.g., by Base Price Site AUR)

  2. Select the records

  3. Click “Update Sales Price Lists from Base Prices”

This process will copy the Calculated Sales Price values into the Sales Price field on the active Sales Price List lines.

🧠 Additional Notes

  • Make sure your Sales Price List has valid date ranges and is not expired.

  • Ensure the Base Price Site in your Sales Price List setup (first screenshot) matches the entries in the Base Prices (second and third screenshots).

  • The toggle “Subscribe to New Sales Parts” is helpful, but it won't auto-fill prices unless the update action is performed.

Let me know if this resolves it — happy to walk through the process if needed!

Hi @ajohnston

Thank you for your guidance and detailed explanation. I updated the sales price list by following the steps below.

  1. I went through the Sales Price List and identified the oldest Valid From date as 8/6/2024
  2. Go to the “Update Sales Price Lists from Base Prices”

  3. Select Pricing base on as Costing Pricing, select Valid From date as 8/6/2024, and select the Price List No

After updating the Sales Price List, I have noticed that the Sales Prices are also updated correctly for the sales parts that are valid from 8/6/2024.

Since I haven’t do any changes to the previous base price, I believe updating Sales Price List won’t have an impact on open Sales Quotations and Customer Orders.

Thank you!

Hi @Dilrangi,

Glad to hear the sales prices were updated correctly! Just checking in — does that mean the original issue has been resolved, or are you still running into the same behavior?

Happy to assist further if there's anything else you need.

Best regards,
Aaron J.
