Add custom field to all user clients layout

Hi! Is there anybody can help me?

I use IFS8. I create a custom field on InventoryPart.  I find I need to add this field to client layout manual for all users who need read/edit this field.  Is there some method to do some operation then all clients can see this field? Then I don’t need configure it for users one by one.,

You can do it via the base profile. Load the base profile and enable the custom field via the base profile. I assume all your users have a base profile.

There is no help file for function New Base Profile from our IFS system. Could you please give me some instruction docment?

​@Bright Zhao attached is a rough and ready guide to the base profile process. Keep in mind that depending on permission assigned to a user they might not see the base profile options. Hope it helps :)
