We can see Connectivity_sys Database Processes are in Scheduled state but when click on view Background Jobs then can’t see any Background Jobs. How can we create a job?

Hi @mumoin

Connectivity_SYS database processes polls the connectivity inbox/outbox and create background jobs only if there are any messages in Posted state. In order to create a job, you need to run a functional flow which generates a connectivity message such as one of the EDI message or inter-site transaction to generate a background job.

Go to the Connectivity Inbox/outbox page and check if there are any Posted messages. If there are no messages, run a functional functional flow which generates the messages and then check the background jobs.

Hope it helps!

@mumoin you need to make sure your In/Out Connectivity processes are enabled in System Parameters:

I have checked both in System Parameter tab those are in ON state. Also tried to ON → OFF → ON. But can’t see any background jobs for Connectivity_Sys. Also tried Break and enable the Database Processes but no luck. Please advice
