‘Repost to Other Customer and Offset’ option is NOT available

If your payment is included in any offset or mixed payment etc, the button will not be visible. And you should have an indicator showing if is is included in any open payment.

If the field is showing No and not partly paid then you should be able to repost to another customer.

Hi ​@Furkan Zengin Thank you so much! Actually, there was no Delivery tax information defined for this customer. So, I added delivery tax information with Tx Withholding set to ‘Blocked’ and then ‘Repost to Other Customer and Offset’ button was displayed. Thank you again! Really appreciate!
