Hello all

We’re trying to implement Team Calendar, first set up the Team Calendar Setup.

But when trying to show up Team Calendar, Populate button is disabled (greyed-out)

What can be the reason?

Thank you,

Wiktor

Hi Viktor

you have done the Team Calendar setup (template) and organizations are available?

Hi @Wiktor and @CMOMKIR ,

I am experiencing the same issue as Wiktor. I have done the correct set-up and I am able to use the ‘populate button’ with my own user. But other users are not able to use the button. I also checked the Permission Sets, and this also seems correct: I granted other users the same Permission Set as mine, and this did not make the button active.

As I am not seeing an answer on this case, were you guys able to solve this?

Kind regards

Hi @Wiktor and @BZNSIMON

Try the following steps and check whether you can solve the issue.

  1. Query for the user in the “Users” window
  2. Once opened Expand Security Settings
  3. Once Expanded click on “Permission Sets” and Expand it
  4. And search for “TIMREP_TEAM_CALENDAR”
  5. After clicking on that permission set on the right hand side select “View/Edit Permission Set TIMREP_TEAM_CALENDAR”
  6. Once opened Navigate to “Activities” tab
  7. In the Activities tab Search for “Time &Attendance” and Expand it
  8. In the Expansion Grant permission “ManageGanttData”
  9. After Enabling that permission Navigate to “Refresh Server Cache”
  10. And Refresh the “Security” Cache
  11. Then Logout and Login again as the user and Now the user should be able to see the “Populate” button enabled.
