Hi all,I have noticed that if I run a background job with queue_id=4 (Touch apps push), it with execute within a few seconds.I have now created a new queue (9) with the same parameters as 4 and it always execute much slower. Can anyone explain why and what to do about it (20 sec is sometimes too slow)?

Happy New Year everyone, I am working on building a List Element, and was wondering if it is possible to have it only list one site with totals for everything instead of it listing the same site for all Part Numbers, i am trying to build something for a quick view of inventory records that need to be counted, if i use the matrix element i cant get all the columns i need. below is a screen shot of my current list and my Data Source. thank you for any assistance you can provide

Hi there, I want to create a Read Only Custom Field which refers to another Custom Field.Only problem is that I keep getting Errors. Does anyone have a clue on how to resolve this?This is tee Select Statement I used:This is the Error that appears: I've already looked at another topic on the community where a similar issue was presented. Hi,I have created a custom page called Boq_Cco_Connections and have connected to navigator. It is working fine without any issues. Am trying to add a new command in contract change order window, which will have to navigate to the custom page that I have created (Boq_Cco_Connections).But during the setup, its shows the page as below in the drop down to select. But when i try to add the navigation parameters, its not showing any attributes in the drop down. Am I missing any settings here? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,I hope somebody out there has experience moving documents from the database to an FTP Server.We are on IFS 9.  In my screenshots below I have a document class in the database called APPE and I want to move the documents associated to this document class to an FTP server.I have created two repositories in the EDM Basic>Repositories windows. One line to indicate that APPE_R1 has the doc class that I want to move and another repository line APPE_R2 to accommodate the transfer of documents to the FTP repository.Then I have used the Change Document Repository Wizard and the first step makes sense as shown in screenshot below however then I am presented with a second page where it seems to be I have to allocate a document class again? I am confused about this screen, furthermore the Doc Class field does not offer a list of values.I hope somebody can give us a word of advise on this matter.Many thanksMiguel 

Hi,I have connected an object to a document for Engineering Part Structure in the Objects tab on a document revision.  But I cannot see the document on the Engineering Part structure itself.  Is there another step that needs to be taken in order for this to appear on the Engineering Part Structure?Also, where is the set up to add items to the connect object list that appears on the document revision itself?

Can any please advise.We are due to review and update our prices that will be effective from 01/01/2021 and have created a migration job to load base prices.  Our source file includes PART_NO, PRICE and VALID_FROM. The migration job, updates the SALES_PART and SALES_PART_BASE_PRICES but I am not convinced I am updating correctly.   It looks like I cannot load the prices in advance as the Sales Part price field changes along with the Sales Part Base Price as soon as it is migrated in. Can someone please advise the best way to update our base prices in advance?

Getting the error when updating the change password field for the person record.Error :Row(Person, was changed after it was selected. reselect and try again.Am able to update rest of the fields in the person record. So am not able to change the password for any person. 

Hi All,I’m trying to add permission to query ‘Supplier for Purchase Part’ to a current permission set. However when I have granted Query access by the below method from the Presentation Objects by Navigator a user can Add a new record when they open up the Suppler for Purchase Part view which is definitely not wanted. Do we have a system issue or can I revoke this action elsewhere? Thanks in advance for your help, Sarah

Trying to find out why this run is stuck in processing.Is there some where that will show me what is holding it back? I’ve deleted and regenerated more than once.    

When the wrong answer(500) comes from Soap Web Services, i want to see the error details. I can use soap tool, i can do this process using a soap tool and see the error details(attch-1). I’m having an issue in Aurena when trying to modify a custom projection that I recently made. Aurena doesn’t seem to have the ability to add key mappings for entity associations when modifying an existing Projection in Aurena. You can add additional entities, and entity associations, but cannot specify the key mapping for that association. This means I cannot link child LUs to a parent LU for a custom page in the projection after it's made. Is there a current solution or workaround that addresses this? Is this a known issue?  I’m using IFS version 10 update 9.

We are using IFS 9 Patch 17 as of November. Recently I had an employee who created a quote to order situation for parts. They reserved the parts and then created the picklist. This area does not use Shipment so it was just a picklist. When they got out to the area the part was not there and cannot be fulfilled. In the past they thought they could still pull it off of the picklist (but no one remembers how they did it). I took the situation to our test environment and proved if the part did not make it to the pick list you can still unreserve it. Once on the pick list you cannot unreserve, you cannot change quantities, and I cannot seem to figure out how to report the line not picked. Anything I try to change on the line of the pick list just does not let us save. Could this be an issue in SP 17 or is there something I am missing when trying to help them out?
