we are providing hoists and business maintenance units for construction and incustry business with many complex projects. My colleagues have asked me, how to resolve the requiment of attaching up to 1000 files to one single project:

Hi Martina,
We have setup a Sub Project structure just for documents like
9000 Organisation
9400 Documents
01A order confirmation
01B detail spec
02A longitudinal profile
……
There are about 100 subprojects to structure things. This structure is always copied from a template project a creation of a project structure.
