I am converting lobbies from IEE to Aurena and noticed that the mailto links don’t work in the ‘Web Access URL Address’. Anyone knows how I need to change the old link to make it work in Aurena?
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

This issue has been resolved in IFS Chrome add-on.
In the landing page will present a message if you don't have our add-on. The add-on page you can find the things that you need to install.

Thank you for your help on this. I am not sure I understand what I need to do. I have my chrome add-on installed even though we only use Edge.
I have set up the link in the element navigation
but this is what I get in Aurena
