Can you please help me understand on how I can shift my status on Campaigns from Planned to Active?

Dear Urvakshh,

When sales campaign had all the basic data connected, such as parts , valid for site and valid for customer is connected , you will be able to see the “activate” option and then subsequently activate the campaign too.

One more question, the proforma invoice is pulling 20 % discount on just one part instead of 50 % in the campaign.

Dear Urvakshh,

It it bit strange, that Aurena client shows 50% and proforma invoice shows as 20%, as there Invoice print out should be inline with client values. Are you able to notice this issue more often or this is one time error ?
