1. Did you use a source company or a standard template?
2. If you used a standard template was it a company specific standard template?
3. Did you select the User Defined Checkbox or not when creating the company?

1.  Standard template
2.  STD-DE
3.   Yes. I did. Could I have missed to fill any details?

This is a bug in the IFS Application and it has been fixed through bug fix – 157451 which is available from UPD11. If you need this issue to be fixed urgently I suggest you to raise a case to IFS Support to request this correction. If you will be updating to UPD11 anytime soon, you will receive the fix with UPD11.

As a workaround, maybe you can try to delete all report templates and row templates for that company first before removing the company.
