I have multiple address lines for few of my customers. Since we can have only Address1 and Address2 object in IFS.. I tried to increase the Address1 text box length in Address presentation. OK and Cancel buttons is not moving automatically to fit in lengthy Address 1 and Address 2 boxes.  

Issue: In Aurena version, once a supplier payment order is created using BACS payment method it will create the payment file to the Downloads folder in the user's computer and not in the server location - and there is no way to send it to the server location. Me again! Hi!I’m not sure the best way to go about this. I tend to over-complicate things!As everyone is aware, app messages write to the FNDCN_Application_Message_TAB. For a very specific type of error, I need an email to go out and say “look at this record - it has an error”. I set up a custom API that writes those very specific messages to a new table. I can set up a scheduled task to run every hour to fill that table, and then set up an email to run when there are new records added, but that would mean getting one email per record, not per incident. One thing failing could affect dozens and dozens of records and write mass amounts of data to the table. I need a way to somehow send every message but not each in its own email.Thoughts?          

We have discovered that we cannot enter invoices and use the ‘copy unreceived po lines’ option when the purchase order is centralized.  No lines are returned.  Does anyone have a solution for this?

Am trying to create an approval routing for customer payment off sets where we usually perform write offs (Part of outstanding customer balance or all).I have created the object connection, and set the approval template up itself, but I cant seem to be able to apply the routing. Is there any limitiations with this funcitonality that doesnt allow approval routings to be used?? The options appear, but i cant select which template i want to use. Or even attach a documentHere is the object connection setup

Semi new to IFS and I have been tasked to track Demand Requisitions from date created through authorization to PO.   Looking to track how long it takes for folks to authorize requisitions basically.  In the past they have been ‘sat on’ and never flowed through the system quickly enough. Can anyone assist with a query that will show me created date, ALL who are required to authorize and the date this was done to PO?   Appreciate any help. 

Hi, I am new to Business Report ...my Business Report is using data from GL Transaction. I need to list ALL the cost element linked to each activity. Is this possible to generate data from many information sources into 1 sheet?when I tried to add a custom attribute to GL transaction , it is just returning 1 value ! same result when I try to add my custom attribute as repeater .Any suggestion will be much appreciated 

I have been trying to configure alarms to send out notifications when customer support tickets are sitting open with no response for too long. Does anyone have any experience with this feature? I have made sure that the Alarm and escalation services are both running on the server, but I still do not get notifications when calls are left open. Has anyone had success with this?

In IFS 10/Aurena on the Change Request Form we had 8 custom bulk/multiline fields set to 500 characters each. Submitting a change request with these filled to that limit was not a problem.It was then requested to increase these to the max allowed, and after looking around, it seemed to be 4000 characters is what we needed to set, due to limits in PL/SQL. As we are upgrading from IFS8 to IFS10,we need to find and print picklists by customer , In IFS 8 we have following screen, i cannot find anything like that in IFS10, Although we are not using consolidated picklists , I checked and i cannot consolidate picklists by customer no. any one have any idea on how to approach this in IFS10. Thanks 

Have ato re-print a large batch of customer invoices that have already been created previously. How can we re-print these in one go, instead of going into each one individually?

Hi,we are trying to set a basic budget control for projects. The primary objective we want to achieve is, in relationship to a project, to stop a purchase requisition or a purchase order when their cost exceeds a predefined budget. I’m looking into how to create budget in Forecasting Module: selecting the project > creating forecast > choosing Cost Estimated on activity level and keeping the EAC Recalculated. After confirming and approving, I set the forecast as active budget. Then I enable budget control for the single project.Setting rules (in Project Budget Control Rules List window) I decide on which cost element the budget should apply.I would like to know, at this point is the budget already working? On which cost is the budget having control (Committed Cost/Used Cost/Actual Cost/..?) ? Is there a visual alert if a user attempts to exceed the budget? I don’t have the possibility to make proper tests right know, so that’s why I’m asking.Thank you, Paola

We are running Apps10 UPD6.  I’m looking for information that details the differences between Serial Objects and Functional Objects.  There were several changes between 8 and 10, and we need to understand the benefits that serial objects bring over functional (what can you do with serial objects that you cannot with functional).  Is anyone aware of any documentation that specifically compares the two?  We are using objects to track, manage, and provide services on customer owned assets.

Before I open a case with IFS. I was wondering if anyone have an idea about the following error window. It happens when I try to access the Shop Floor Workbench. The window error only pop up for some users no all the users. It looks like pop up when the user try to access Shop Floor Workbench the first time. 

HelloI want to log history on the ‘Notes’ in Customer Master ‘Invoice’ Tab. I can’t seems to be successful. Any ideas how to get these Notes in History Log Please.
