We are having a problem where cost set 3 (latest purchase price) and 4 (average purchase price) is not populating (showing as $0.00) on all parts. Does anyone know how to go about fixing this issue?

If you want the Total Accumulated Cost in Cost Set 3 to be updated with the Latest Purchase Price, there are two steps to accomplish that.
- Calculate Purchase Costs as mentioned by Christy will populate the column for the Latest Purchase Price - but only if the Cost Set itself has ever been calculated
- Then to move that to the Total Accumulated in Cost Set 3, you would have to calculate Cost Set 3 for that part.
(see example below - CS4 has not been calculated, so you don’t see LPP or APP for that set, but 1, 2, 3, and 7 have been calculated and when the Calculate Purchase Cost routine is run - you have to run it twice, once for average, once for last purchase, then it will show for all calculated cost sets)
Cost Set 3 was 0 (because we don’t use it) until I just calculated it.

The calculate purchase costs needs to run before the average/latest purchase costs will update. You can find this in the navigation menu.
