IFS Aurena - Server Error

Hello everyone,

I have been running into an odd error after creating a new user and assigning existing permission sets to the new user. The permission sets work fine on the existing user but for the new user i receive the below error, does anyone per chance know how to resolve this? Is it security related or do we have to open a Support ticket?

I have solved this error.

IFS Aurena is uncapable to use usernames with more than 15 characters, which caused an internal function error to result in a null value return. 

Reducing the Usernames to 15 or below solved the error.
