We are experiencing no data found massage in Time Registration window. What could be the reason?

May I know whether this is the first time trying the Time Registration window?

 

Employees need to have active schedules and rules and applied and also the logged in user needs to have access to subordinates and self. 

 

Some of the Basic Data that needs to be there to use Time Registration:

  1. Wage Class and Wage Codes
  2. Work Schedules
  3. Day Type and Day type dependent schedules
  4. Employee Schedules and Rules

Also, could you check whether data is populated for the same user in the Time Card Day, Time Card Week windows?

Hi Kavinda,

Most probably this could be due to lack of supervisor access.If this is for the testing purposes you can simply grant the HR Application Manager Access for Person ID/Employee ID as below.

 

and please note you cannot grant this access by yourself.

 

If not this is for the real business scenario, please grant the required supervisor access for the Employee.

This problem is faced when we logged into system using IFSAPP user. We connected an employee to IFSAPP user and the problem is solved. 

 

Do we have any option to populate data in Time Registration window without connecting an employee to IFSAPP user?
