I cannot find it in the academy and I hope there is some documentation available.

Hi BartMaas,
Mainly, you can refer to F1 documentation on Customer Schedules window. When you click on each activity on Customer Schedule page, it will list down the relevant procedure.
Additionally, you can refer to attached ppt and pdf in order to get further understanding on customer schedules and its setup.
