Hi everyone,

When I create a New Request in MWO, it correctly appears in PSO, but the date/time is incorrect.

In IFS Cloud, I noticed that the Planned Start value is not transferred. So far, I haven’t been able to identify the root cause.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any ideas what could be causing this?

Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your support, I will create a ticket.

Just fyi: This was fixed in the 25R2 code.

Hi Anastasiya, isn’t that the same topic that your colleague raised here? “Activity in PSO should have fixed start time as planned start from IFS Cloud”

Activity in PSO should have fixed start time as planned start from IFS Cloud when using Drag and Drop in PSO | IFS Community

Hi Alexander,  no, unfortunately not. We're currently facing an issue where an MWO user creates a new request and enters the correct date and time. This information is displayed correctly in IFS Cloud under Assignments, but in PSO, the task appears on a completely different day and time. I suspect this is because the "Planned Start" is not being transferred correctly.

Okay, I mis-understood your question. When I try the same and assign the work to myself next week, it still gets allocated today. My guess is that the activity status is incorrectly transmitted. You may want to create a support case, I have also logged an internal ticket.
