Asteamobileedge with SSO continuously downloading

Hello we experience the following with SSO enabled on mobileedge on a mobile device using Astea mobile apps, continuously the system indicate downloading, then asteamobile edge open then the screen goes back to downloading again and again in a loop. what could be the cause ? it’s note related to the mobile device becauce with the same apps i’am able to connect to an other environment with SSO enable without any issue, note also our test environment have only one mobile server. Thanks for your help and feedback

    Hi Christophe,
    Are you using a Mobile Customizer URL?  Or just the vanilla AsteaMobileEdge URL (https://YourServerGoesHere/AsteaMobileEdge/)?

    Do you get the same behavior on both of those URLs if you test those in this environment?

    Check the clients.json file to see if your redirectUris and PostLogoutRedirectUris sections contain the callback and endsession entries for the exact Mobile URL that you’re using, maybe that’s causing the issue...also try re-publishing your mobile customization and do an IISRESET afterwards, see if that makes a difference.

    Hi Reid, we have controlled again with the customer the settins of the azure app fo rthe SSO and the URI were not in a correct order. Externalidenty one should be the first in the list of the URI. THe customer change this and then it was ok.
