sometimes this pop up appears when a modify in exactly this line is happening, sometimes not:
Any ideas why this might happen? Has anyone experienced similar behaviour?
Without this pop-up the modify wont be inherited.

Replicate Changes pop up does not appear after sales qty modify

The change that is being made has to be one that is transferred/replicated to the pegged order connected to the line. If the change on the customer order line has no bearing on the shop order (price for example), then the popup won’t appear. If however the change needs to be reflected on the pegged order (quantity), then the popup will appear asking for confirmation that you want the change in both places.
It is normal behavior.
