I am expecting a no as an answer here, but i thought of trying

Is there a way we can change the display order of IFS Right Mouse Menus available on a screen.

I would like to move on of IFS Right Mouse Menu ‘Create Credit Invoice’ on Customer Invoice screen to the bottom of Right Mouse Menu lists. any possibility?

Unfortunately no, this is not possible via a configuration. It can be done only via a customization.
