Delete sales district

Hello,

I’m trying to delete a sales district , but I get this error message : 

I don’t know how to delete it in the customer order line , I can’t see any district column in the lines.

I’ve already deleted the ones in the header thanks to this tab : 

PS : I don’t have the possibility to delete directly in the database.
