In the Inventory Transaction History in IFS App 9, I’d like descriptions of what Order Ref 1, Order Ref 2, Order Ref 3, Order Ref 4, Order Ref 5 represent when Order Type = Customer Order, Purchase Order OR Shop Order.
Order Ref 1 is easy enough - it’s the order number. I’m fairly sure I know what 2 and 3 are but I’d rather confirm. 4 & 5 are a mystery, so I can’t tell if they’re important to my analysis.

Hi @spow5666
Order Ref 4
Depending on the type of order, a reference to the origin is displayed. The line item number is displayed for shop orders, and work orders. The miscellaneous demand sequence number is displayed for projects, and the item number is displayed for project delivery items.
Order Ref 5 The delivery number from the customer order delivery. Each customer order line can have several delivery numbers. Delivery number also refers as Del No. Each delivery number can, in turn, be delivered several times in different deliveries. This field represents these different deliveries.

Thanks, Chanuka. For Customer Order, Order Ref 5, I can’t see the values that are presented in the Inventory Transaction History (they’re all a 6 digit number starting with 2). If I compare that to Customer Order Lines, Del No (they’re all numbers between 1 and 29). I’m 99% sure that Del No = Order Ref 3.
Can you tell me which screen and column those 6 digit numbers come from please?
