And which process (screen on IFS) is affected?

The IFS documentation is actually pretty solid in this area. If you navigate to the F1 help of your instance, search for the keyword “Warehouse Data Collection” and I believe you will find the results you are looking for.
Alternatively, here is a link to the public documentation for IFS Cloud Version 21R2. I know you’re not on Cloud, but this may be helpful to get you in the ballpark.

There is similar online documentation for Apps10 also, but I don’t have any public links at the moment.
Also each Process have been named to either mimic the name of the Window/Page where the regular functionality resides or the Right-Mouse-Button/Action/Command that will trigger some flow that we simulate in wadaco.
The naming might not be 100% accurate due to name changes between different releases or the limited number of characters we have to play with in the descriptions.
