Hi,I have facing issue while fetching records of Part No through online search in MWO while creating Transport task from MWO.When I do online search, I do not find records being fetched in the MWO. While I have some parts in Inventory part in stock.Can someone let me know what am I missing here?Screenshots:    

hello, I have a request to define an absence type using calendar days for absence limit calculation. The client need to count their weekends when they book an absence request. So for this I setup the absence calculation & duration to calendar days. I have an issue on half days, the system calculate as 0.8 or 0.2 and not 0.5. Because of this the number of limits is not calculated correctly. Did someone  faced this use case already, do you have any clue on how to setup to make sure half a day is 0.5, weekend is counted and limits are correctly calculated. here is the standard calculation of IFS for calendar days & number of hours per day is 9.6h.thank you,Cristina 

The access to expense sheets is controlled by “Position – Access Setup” in IFS. This way, a project manager will be able or not to visualize the expense sheets connected to his/her project depending on the position of the employees. Customer would like that a project manager could have access to all the expense sheets that belonged to his/her own project. The only way knows to achieve this target is enabling all the project managers the access to all the positions. But, if define this way, all the project managers could be able to visualize every expense sheet of any employee in any project, even if they had not access to the project. The problem arises when engineering part revisions need to be controlled across multiple sites, alongside Inventory Part Revisions….. Example revisions below. The flow involves several locations, where one site supplies products to another. The Planning Network MRP triggers the generation of a Distribution Order to facilitate the shipment of products between sites. The receiving site treats the incoming manufactured items as purchased raw materials. Therefore, upon release of MRP Planned Distribution Orders, a corresponding PO is created for the receiving site and customer order created at the sending site. A PO release from the receiving site, intended to receive today (11/3) will be created with Revision 3, Engineering Rev C referenced. However, the Customer Order does not reflect any requirement for revision control. It appears that the Public Holiday Compensation requirements have changed somewhat recently in App10 Aurena.The original setup that was working was that a PCH Day Type was created with an Absence Wage Code, Fixed and Value of 8. A PCH Schedule was created with a date and the PCH Day Type connected. The PCH Schedule was connected to an Employee’s Schedule and Rules Assignment. A Substitute Schedule was not required. On a day defined in the PCH Schedule, 8 hours of the Absence Code would automatically be inserted into the Employee Results for that day.The above setup has stopped working. Page Help  indicates that now a Substitute Schedule for Public Holidays has to be created and connected to the Cycle Schedule. Page Help also indicates that PHC Day Types also have to be created with Increment Wage Types instead of Absence Wage Types. When I follow the Page Help the Attendance now indicates the day is a Public Holiday, but Results are not generated for the day. I have ma

Hello.By adding a new line in the purchase requisition screen in the no part requisition lines, we have the following error message when we mention the supplier :A Tax Code is required when supplier tax validation has Transaction Level selected on Company, Tax Control tabI noticed that the tax code is not automatically filled and even if we fill it, the error keeps poping.Other information, the status is set to planned.Any idea to fix this?IFS APPS 10 UPD 5

We’re part way through IFS Cloud technical upgrade (IFS10 to 25R1). We have an inhouse team who did front end CRIM work in 10 and we decided that we’d do the CRIM uplift inhouse and into Build Place, rather than the front end.It’s been a very steep learning curve for the team to get up to speed and navigate through all the complexities of Build Place, the tools around it and the Branch, Sanity & Delivery builds. I’m just wondering how many customers have gone down this route in a technical upgrade, or either: Continued with customisations in the front end? or Outsourced the Build Place activities? It’s a hindsight question as we are progressing with the Build Place, but interested what others have done and the pro’s and con’s of itThanks Dave

Hello, My client uses both DOP and MRP for his manufacturing.Configured parts are managed with DOP. Not configured manufactured parts & purchased parts are handled by MRP. Example :TOP PART - Configured - DOP→ COMPONENT1 - Purchased - MRP→ SUBPART - Manufactured/Not configured - MRP     → COMPONENT2 - Purchased - MRP With this, DOP will create a Shop order for TOP PART at DOP Release, and MRP will handle the creation of Purchase requisitions / Shop order requisitions should there be shortages. However, we discovered that when we create a DOP structure (DOP header in  status “Unreleased”), and then run the MRP at this moment, purchase requisitions will be created for shortages.This is dangerous because the structure of an unreleased DOP header can still evolve before being released is case of customizations of a product for example.→ Is there a way to make unreleased Dop

Hi everyone, When I create a New Request in MWO, it correctly appears in PSO, but the date/time is incorrect.In IFS Cloud, I noticed that the Planned Start value is not transferred. So far, I haven’t been able to identify the root cause.Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any ideas what could be causing this?Thank you in advance! 

Hello together, at the moment the “attributes”/”technical classes” are so to say available when clicking on an service object and then to scheduling information and from there clicking on the attachment tab and from there clicking on attributes. Please see attached the screenshot. Could we please bring these information up on a higher level, so we have a generalistic view about all possabilities for fields/functionalities? ThanksMarc

Hi!Given the recent change in Peppol Business Rule PEPPOL-T76-R008 (An order response with code AP (Accepted) should NOT provide order lines) I am wondering how others relate to this change? Because IFS Apps 10 require all Order Lines in the Order Response to be able to Confirm the Purchase Order. After the change in the Peppol business Rules the order lines is no longer included in a order response with code AP (Accepted). Hence we are not able to Confirm the Purchase Order.Anyone that has faced the same problem? Any input would be much appreciated.

Hello All, I am trying to add all the columns from the column chooser , so i am taking all the columns from left to right side and click Okay than all the columns are visible in list in table format but after that when i am refreshing the screen than columns are not visible and its went back to the left side again in a column chooser. I am trying to add again than again same issue . When i am taking 241 columns total and refresh the screen than its visible but for more than 241 this issue is coming. Same for the Purchase Order Lines tab also here i am able to add 234 fields only if I’ll add more than 234 than this issue is coming.I wanted to know there is some limitation from the IFS side or what. Thanks,Pallavi

Hi all,We have built a custom API that changes a field (IFS Cloud).I built the Custom event so that whenever this field is changed with “value,” the workflow is triggered. This works fine if I run the custom API from Postman or the value is changed using IFS Cloud. But for some reason, when it is sent via IFS Connect (Using Projection as Routing Rule), the workflow is not triggered.Do you have any idea why this is a different behavior? Thanks,

I get the following error “The update could not be performed since the purchase order record is currently locked. An Object was moved from CIP to Equipment and then we received a credit from the vendor.  The credit is sitting in CIP as a negative.  How do I get this out of CIP and applied to the original asset?  I have tried to add value to the object along with adding a child to the object and the message is “the value can’t be a negative number.”  What is the best way to accomplish this?

For our German businesses we are looking to track breaks and lunch in time card. I have set up flex day rules and flex break rules for 0.5 Lunch after 6 hours and 0.25 Break after 9 hours. However when clocking in and out throughout the day, we lose the time card break records. Are we missing any simple setup that will show the breaks in interval. We intend to use Timeclock to support tha capture of non-working time but managers still want to see a break has been taken when an employee physically clocks in a simple result. Version: 24R2.6

Hi, I saw that in Cloud there is a possibility to export/import a personal profile in the same way as it works in IFS 9. That's good, although something is left. 😊There is no problem with performing a single export.However, I wanted to ask how do I perform a bulk export of all profiles (select all + export).I would be grateful for your feedback. Regards,Patrycja 

We are currently working on our IFS Cloud Upgrade project. So we have installed 25R1SU5 on test environment and 24R2SU9 on our dev.This week we realized that the Web DevTools are no longer working for both environments.I suspect the latest update(s) for MS Edge to be the cause of this problem. The problem manifests itself like this. I open IFS Cloud, active the devtools link. Then I press F12 and I can see the standard network traffic from IFS Cloud and I can also Inspect web page elements.As soon as I activate the IFS Web DevTools there is only the start page shown. No network or trace information:Also the network traffic is no longer recorded and stopped. I cannot inspect page elements anymore and the reload for the page is not working. Is anybody else experiencing this problem and has found a

In 25R1 SU2, I’m trying to connect the Standard Entity JtTaskTransactionUtil to the Projection WorkTaskHandling. But when I try to create the Key Mappings for the Entity Association the Child Entity Key, LoV is empty. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? 

Hello,Current our company uses the FASN (Failure Analysis Setup Navigator) to follow the Maintenance Strategy for each Item Class.But sometimes are performed specifics studies, assessments and this studies must be inside the IFS and connected to that specific Item Class.Of course we can attach inside of each Item Class their respective studies, although we need a more centralized library, where I can identify all my studies/assessment files and manage where they are applied.Is there any documentation management where we can do this kind of thing? And use IFS as a live library for strategy in FASN?
