Hi Team,I’m looking for a complete example of a DDLSOURCE file, as the link in the IFS documentation appears to be broken (404 error):docs.ifs.com/techdocs/25r2/060_development/027_base_server_dev/225_reduced_downtime_delivery/020_code_changes/007_concepts/090_source_code_file/ddlsource_files.mdDuring the 25R2 upgrade, the documentation states that all code from the .cre file should be added to the .ddlsource file. In non-project environments I’m used to seeing the inventory expiration events show in IPAP, but I’m not seeing it in our project based environment. Is this normal? They show up in the Open Supply and Demand orders window and the MRP Information but not IPAP. We are on Apps 10 Update 22    

Hi IFS Community! Someone at one of my customers has been modifying a series of important IFS Base Profiles, causing a lot of ruckus with their install. Does anyone know what the Activity or Presentation Object that is responsible for granting access to this feature?I’m currently presuming that the Activity ManageUserProfile, maybe UserProfileAdministratorOptions, are the ones responsible for it, but would like confirmation before I go messing with Permission Sets.As always, many thanks, and let me know if you have any clarifying questions!Regards,Randy

Hello, Why in the IPAP we find in need both “Customer Schedule Forecast” and “Master Schedule Unconsommed Forecast”.  Do you have any explanation ? Because on the IPAP, the projected quantity is completely false.We work with IFS CLOUD-25R1.

In IFS Cloud 25R2, we are working with Service Requests and Request Work Tasks and have encountered an issue related to the Coordinator field.Currently, the system appears to require a Default Coordinator defined at the user level. If this is not set, we receive an error when generating the Invoice Preview.Our questions are: Where is the Coordinator officially defined and maintained for Service Requests / Request Work Tasks What is the recommended approach if we need to process a Service Request using a different Coordinator than the user’s default if we cannot specify a different other than the default? Any guidance or clarification on standard behavior vs recommended setup would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Hi community. In IFS Cloud you can use shop order process types for manufactoring inventory parts for create the shop order, release the shop order and reserve the material from the shop order automatically.Now I wanna create the shop order report and print it automatically. There is no standard function in IFS Cloud 25R2. Right? I think I could use a custom event with an action with workflow. I have never worked with workflows in IFS Cloud. I have tried to design it with 2 IFS API tasks. But I have no idea, how to set the parameters. Maybe there is an easier way. I hope someone can help me ^^ 

 Hi Community,We are trying to enforce the use of Purchase Order Change Order at the Supplier/Site level.To achieve this, we have configured the Purchase Order Authorization Rule so that No Changes Are Allowed After Authorization.However, after a Purchase Order is authorized, its status moves to Released, and the system still allows us to Cancel the Purchase Order without any blocking message or re‑authorization requirement.Logically, with this configuration, the system should either prevent the cancellation or require re‑authorization.According to IFS.AI, cancellation should not be allowed with this setup, but in practice this restriction is not working. Has anyone faced this issue or knows if additional setup is required to enforce cancellation prevention or trigger re‑authorization?Thanks in advance!

However, both objects do not seem to have any common key values, so I am unable to map them directly.Is there any way to create this Object Connection without customization or without adding new columns/extensions?If anyone has implemented a similar connection between these two objects, could you please suggest the recommended approach?Thanks in advance.

Is there a scheduled task which we can set to calculate customer credit information analysis once a month or once a week?  

There is problem with the R24...cdb -scripts which are not executed and therefor some database alters are not in place. The unexecuted scripts are in component folders and named like 24R2-SU02.cdb or 24R2-GA.cdbexample:ifsremote\ifsroot\deliveries\buildhome_24_2_2\database\apppay\24R2-GA.cdbIs it Ok to execute those scripts before actual run of installer or is there some better solution for that?

Hello,Today, our production team asked us to restore a tab on the Shop Order page that existed in IFS V8 but is no longer available in IFS Cloud 24R1.This tab was called “Operation Tools.”In IFS Cloud 24R1, we can still see the tools used by an operation by clicking the arrow (“v”) in the operation list on the Shop Order page.We are hosted on-premise, but we do not have a development license; we can only use IFS Cloud personalization.After spending a few hours investigating, I believe it is not possible to recreate the “Operation Tools” tab exactly as it existed in IFS V8 due to the data structure:1 shop order → N operations → N tools (one operation may have multiple tools).I have already created custom projections based on standard projections with custom entity associations (for example, to display comments in Inventory Part Availability Planning, which was a specific dev on IFS8 which i remade only using personalization tools), but the data relationships in that case were different.

Hello,I am looking for a way to create conditional formatting for the available Qty column within Customer Order Lines. I am looking to have the cell highlight green if the value is greater than the Sales Qty (BUY_QTY_DUE). I am trying to put in the below formula, but it doesn’t look like conditional formatting has the ability to compare the value against a different column value. Is that accurate, or is there a way to accomplish this that I am missing?  Thank you,Matt

We are in IFS 10 UPD 9.Our Maintenance supervisor added PM Group IDs to all of his PM actions thinking he could use it for sorting.  However, this grouped all of his PM actions into 2 work requests (as designed).He then removed all of the PM Group IDs and attempted Calendar Generation again.The result is the Work Request was cancelled, but no new PMs were created for the month. Is there a way to create the PMs for the month?

Hello everyone, I would like to import an external file automatically by “External File Assistant” (Batch process) exactly like on this topic (Import external files automatically | IFS Community).Unfortunately, i’ve got a few problems with the solution. The first one was to define a value for the parameter “SERVER_DIRECTORY” in “System Parameters For Accounting Rules” but I do not have this parameter in the list.List of all parametersThe second solution was to setup a Routing Rule with FTP Reader. There was supposed to be a template named “Example_External_File_Import” but I can’t find it.Should I create it myself or maybe it’s a permission problem ? I’m on IFS Cloud (version 22R2)

Hello,Is it possible to embed a URL in a field value (for example, a custom attribute or standard field), so that when a user clicks the field value in the IFS Cloud UI, it opens an external web system, and the user is automatically authenticated via Single Sign-On (SSO)?If anyone has implemented a similar use case, I would appreciate your guidance.Thank you.
