Hi, is there any way to directly run a business reporter report from a lobby page? Thank you!
Issue Description:In project invoices, the net amount appears incorrect on certain lines. While the discrepancies are usually minor, they cause issues when we send the invoices electronically using the Peppol format. This format validates the quantity, unit price, and total price, which results in rejections of these invoices. As a result, we are forced to send them to the customer manually, bypassing electronic invoicing.Environment: IFS Cloud 24R1 Regional TestDetails:Test Plan:>> Log in using the provided test user credentials.Pre-requisiteCreate MCPR set up Set system decimal places as 2>> Create a few projects transactions as create sales amount with few decimal values.>> Create a project InvoiceIssue-In the project invoice line, the Net amount slightly deviates from the actual calculation (Price × Quantity)In this example line, the quantity is 55 and the unit price 36.5. The net amount is shown as 2007.54 but when we calculate 55*36.5 the net amount should be 20
So I am trying to setup the system to auto calculate a Wanted Delivery Date for Saturday deliveries. I was trying to do it through a Delivery Route but I am not sure if that the right way to do it. I tried to create a new calendar that includes Saturdays as a working day and attach it (External Transport Calendar) to a Saturday delivery service Ship Via code, but I still can’t get the Wanted Delivery Date to auto calculated if I pick a Saturday Delivery Ship Via.Other than manually changing the date on the customer order, does anyone know of way to setup IFS to auto calculate a Saturday Wanted Delivery Date based on the Ship Via and Delivery Route you indicated.
If an MS1 part has forecast from Demand Planner within the Planning Time Fence, should a delivered Customer Order consume the forecasted amount within the PTF? Should the forecast from Demand Planner even be in the Planning Time Fence? How would forward consumption affect this item? Are there recommended settings for the forecast to be consumed during PTF? Please see the attached document for samples

Community, I don’t see customer warranty does its job in work order when invocing, though object warranty is there, system default is Invoicable, and if you don’t manually change it to Not Invoicable, system will invoice the customer as normally we do. We are on APP10. Thank you.
Delivery Terms state "DDP - DPP" this pulls through incorrectly to the Euro Commercial invoice as "DPP" the correct delivery term is DDP. How Can this be amended? This invoice is crystal report. How to amend in crystal report
I thought this would be easy. I have a lobby element with a link to another lobby the contains metric data. I need to pass the current year to the lobby page parameter YEAR. I have triedHardcoding the year workslobby/fd24bb55-7ae4-49d7-9f35-36104644be99?pageParams=YEAR:'2026'This does notlobby/fd24bb55-7ae4-49d7-9f35-36104644be99?pageParams=YEAR:'#NUMBER_OF_THIS_YEAR#'I do not want to use a default value on the metric lobby page because the users will want to select other years on occasion. Any suggestions on how to do this? Thanks
Hello,In MWO Service My Work screen, in baseline the ‘StartTime’ and ‘FinishWholeDate’ fields are displayed. There is another field as ‘FinishOnlyTime’ which displays only the time. If we include the field ‘FinishOnlyTime’ in the label value as shown below, it displays a wrong time. Whereas, when the same field is included in the content section, it displays the correct finish time. Why is the same field showing different times within the same screen in MWO? Please let me know.
Hi All,I am using customer consignment stock functionality. As part of the solution I am trying to capture the consumption stock value to the project. I understand that when the customer consignment stock is in use, IFS does not allow to connect to a Project activity. But in the customer consingment stock consumption page shows an activity ID. But I cannot identify the purpose and how to connect an activity to this.Ideally I want to capture the consignment stock consumption to the project and capture the actual consumption based on the usage. Any plans or work arounds for this please?Highly appreciate any support on this requirement. Thanks,Chamath

We have the following scenario in a client.A sale is made from Spain to Switzerland, with the delivery address in Switzerland. However, during transport, there is a technical stop in France at the request of the Swiss customer in order to fill the containers that were sold from Spain to Switzerland. From an Intrastat reporting perspective, should the movement into France be declared? If so, how could this be configured in IFS?
Hi IFS Community, Subject:Our sales team wants to implement a customer leveling system (segmentation) within IFS. The goal is to categorize customers based on their value/performance: Level A: Top-tier customers Level B/C: Mid-tier Level D: Low-performing or "poor" customers What is the most efficient way to handle this in IFS Apps 10? We are considering a few options: Customer Statistic Group: Using the standard "Stat Group" field on the Customer record. Custom Fields: Creating a persistent custom field with a fixed List of Values (LoV). Customer Category: Utilizing the built-in Category field (though this is often used for Prospect/Customer distinction). My questions are: Which standard field do you recommend for such a rating system? If we use a Custom Field, have you implemented any automation (e.g., via Lobby or Business Reporter) that updates these levels based on annual revenue?

Hi, When loading supplier invoices into External Supplier Invoices window and if the Supplier ID does not exist in the system…. once the Supplier ID is corrected, the following error is received:Tax details does not exist for Item No 1.We are using line types H, I and P to load invoices. When clicked on ‘Invoice Tax Information’ on ‘External Supplier Invoice Line Information page, there is no record found: If I load another invoice with same dataset again with the correct ‘Supplier ID’ (Different Invoice number), there is no error and the invoice is getting created successfully with tax information being automatically created: Can someone help me understand the reason behind why the Tax Details are not being created when the invoice is loaded? BR,Peshala.
Hello, I keep running into the problem that I only need to place a single order with a supplier. If I create a new supplier every time I do this, the number of suppliers in IFS quickly shoots up. Is there a way to create a ‘dummy’ supplier that I can adapt each time I want to place a new order? The ‘one-off supplier’ function isn’t suitable here.
Hello,We are facing an issue in IFS10 regarding REST API access to custom database objects.Previously, we were using IFSAPP with Basic Auth, and there was no problem. Our REST APIs could query both standard and custom tables/views successfully. However, for security and integration isolation purposes, we created a dedicated integration user and granted it FND_FULL permission. After switching to this new user, we started seeing problems specifically with custom tables and custom views:In some cases, the query returns empty results In some cases, we get an error like: table/view does not existWhat is interesting is:Standard objects seem to work The issue happens with custom tables/views Even if we explicitly prefix the objects with the schema name, for example IFSAPP.<custom_table_or_view>, the query may run but still returns empty results When using IFSAPP directly, the same queries work as expected and return dataSo it looks like this may be related to object ownership, grants, sy
Hi all,I’m currently working on an integration to automate the manual supplier invoice creation process. I’m using PL/SQL routing to send an XML to IFS via the SOAP Gateway (https://<server>:<port>/int/soapgateway).I need to send a response back to notify that the record has been created successfully. Does anyone know how we can send a message/response to a destination address in this scenario?
Hi all , Maybe a quick question.I want to change the behavior/design of Visual Shop Orders Planning,Right now we/you have this Orange bar that says Load of the Machine Example 25,3/0We don’t really want to see this “bar” we only want to see the operations/shop orders that we want to plan. Today you have to expand the view of all Work centers each time to se the “complete” pic of plan Im looking in page designer and can’t find if its possible to “delete” this Load bar in filter any suggestions?
We are struggling to find a solution for keeping track of data changes, for example, on customer order line columns such as quantity, date, and price. Some solutions can read the Oracle archive log to identify changes and replicate deltas to Data Warehouse which would be very efficient. However, some of our data doesn't come directly from tables but involves IFS built-in APIs. Therefore, we may need to extract data from views instead of reading the logs of tables. This means that we must extract a full load of data from views and perform certain procedures to identify changes, but it isn’t effecient this way.
The customer environments had been upgraded from 25.1 (unknown SU) to 25.2.3.I was going to import a migration job that was previously used in the project and imported several times without problems. The import was done using the standard job FNDMIG_IMPORT and suddenly it went wrong with error message ""The uploaded CSV is malformed". Investigation showed that the export file for the migration job contained the character ", a double quote, which caused the issue. The double quotation was used to restore a text, where double quotation had been replaced by something else in the data export. The double quote was replaced by CHR(34) and then the job was imported successfully.
