How can we avoid the negative impact of unrealistic customer forecasts while still keeping those records in the system?

For example, if the forecast includes unrealistic quantities within the lead time that are impossible to fulfill, I still need to upload the forecast to maintain historical records, compare forecast accuracy, and support future evaluations. However, I would like to avoid negative impacts on supply chain activities, material planning, and production planning. Ajith

Hi @AJWEE

With Customer Schedule functionality we  can enter ‘Forecast’ lines. Better have a look that functionality.

regards,

Hi,

Thank you. I’ll go and check, as we haven’t used it in the past.

When customer forecasts are uploaded through “Migration Jobs,” do they automatically appear under Customer Schedules? BR//Ajith
