Unissue not allowed with RMA when objects in state - In Facility

Hi,

We are on Cloud 25.1.5.

We are receiving the following error when returning inventory using RMA. This is a serialized part and connected to an object which is currently sitting in In Facility. What might be the cause for this error and what is the correct step to return objects back to inventory?
