Hi,
A customer are using IFS Cloud 25R1 and want users to have a default printer automatically selected when printing reports/documents (eg. Delivery Notes).
We tried setting a default printer on the user, but the printer is not selected automatically. Users still have to choose from a long printer list every time.
Is there a recommended way to configure this in 25R1?
- Report Rules?
- Output Channels?
- Print Agent?
- Other settings?
We would like to avoid manual printer selection if possible.
