What is missing in HR setup? I get this error when I try to register hours.  

Hi All,We are trying to upload the credit card transactions using External file upload.       As of now the credit card statement does not have the credit card number and only the name. In order to overcome this, we have entered a IF_ELSE conditions for the system to pick up the card number according to the name.With the current setup the system is accepting uploading of transactions when there is only one condition for CARD_NO                 We need to have multiple number of conditions for the CARD_NO field to accommodate to include all the cardholder’s names and numbers. This is required since the credit card statement will be common one for all the company credit card owners. A Sample of how the conditions will look like is below.              When there is more than one condition IF_ELSE condition the system is not accepting the transactions from external file upload even the one which it accepted before. Please let me know on how to overcome this issue. Best Regards,Dharshan.

Hi Team,What is the missing attribute/setting to remove confirmation for time reporting?Currently, I am facing the below error when I try to remove confirmation for another employee.  

I am having some trouble setting up the environment where I can carry forward PTO future dated.  In the absence limit year I have set up the PTO Balance type limit and the PTO carry forward Balance limit for 2023.  However when I attempt to test by inserting absences for the 2023 year the remaining balance does not carry forward to the 2024 year.  I would like to be able to set a PTO balance of 80 hours for the 2023 year and insert 60 hours of absence to see if the remaining balance will add to the carry over when I attempt to enter absences in the 2024 year.  Does anyone know if I am able to set up carry forward for the future and see the balances or does the carry forward only apply to the previous year?

I have a user who is trying to connect to Trip Tracker 10 and every time he authenticates, it throws an error “unable to connect to IFS 10 Trip Tracker cloud”. We do not have trip tracker cloud enabled but where does this setting live on the phone? We’ve looked in settings under the app and everything and we can’t find a “cloud” slider to slide off. This user has an iPhone7+. To my knowledge there is no such thing as “cloud” being an option to turn on for Trip Tracker 10.

Hi community! I setup the time clock terminal in 23R1 and I followed all the instructions (i.e IAM Client , setup the service user and generate the Secret etc). When I go to sign in, I get this loading screen and it does not ever finish spinning…. am I missing something?  

When we remove the tick from exclude from organization chart in a position in the graphical position structure and save, the error pops up - “Cannot alter Exclude from Organization Chart as it is selected in the parent position”. how can we alter this? is there any option?

Hi, I would like to setup an event to notify a supervisor when one of their assigned employees enters an absence request.  I have enabled the four standard IFS events below but in my testing none of the events are triggered when the employee enters an absence request. From Aurena, the supervisor can see the employee’s absence request using the Manager’s Services Lobby in Aurena so we feel as the basic data setup is correct.  Does anyone know if one of these events should be triggered or is this even possible using only a standard event?  For reference we are using APPS 10 UD12.  Thank you.

Hi,We are using IFS Aurena version. One of our employees is going to be submitting a similar expense sheet every month for the foreseeable future. I was trying to find, if there is an easy way in Aurena just like IEE to either "copy/duplicate" a past expense sheet or save as a template or any other method to call up a past expense sheet.  Please advise. Kind RegardsNimesh

Hello,  Have you find some way to cancel authorized travel expense in Apps9? At the moment we are making reverse travel expense sheet manually, but it would nice to be able to cancel the expense sheet. 

In the Employee Card Parameters window, the card parameters are tied to the USER, not to the employee. Therefore, the requirement is that window to be named as User Card Parameters.We can change the page name from the Page Designer and Navigator Designer options. But customer wants to know whether this can be corrected in the future as the details of the user are added in this window.

Hi guys, currently most of the Time Clock Terminal is already shown in german, except for pop up messages. The preferred language of the Service User is already set to german. Is there another setting I´m missing? Thanks for your help!

Anyone seen the error message “ETag is incorrect” when entering time registration in Aurena? We run IFSAPP10 UPD20. Refresh web site will solve the problem, but all data entered are lost. Happens now and then, not all the time. Best regardsIrene

in order to see information in the WAGE HOURS ANALYSIS, does the IFS user have to be a Supervisor? When logged in as app owner, I can see all the data that I need to, but if im logged in as a regular user, who is not a supervisor, I cant see the data. Dave 

Hi,I was wondering if there exist a solution for the following case:A customer is having several organizational changes for the 01.01.2024. Unfortunately, this is the time most employees have entered their absences for the holidays. All absences for 2024 are connected to the old Org Code.Is there a way to update those absences at once? We have several employees reporting to one line manager, which is reflected in the position structure. These employees show the line manager as their supervisor on their Employee File in Aurena, but not in EE - in the latter, the ‘Supervisor’ field is blank. This is not affecting all employees; most of them correctly show their supervisor in Aurena and EE.  Has anyone ever seen discrepancies between data in Aurena and EE? Any idea what is causing this?

Hi All, In IFSAPP10 Aurena, when a time is selected in Time Card - Details screen [ Human Capital Management > Manager Services > Time and Attendance > Time Card - Details ], it does not always show the Green Plus box in the date selected. In HCM Services / Health and Safety there is a Safety Inspection module.When I create a new safety inspection template, I have to select the relevant questions by starting with the last question first because the template builder inserts questions at the top.I am unable to re-order the questions as I go.It is important to get the order right, as I want to make sure that the same types of questions are asked together.The impact of this is that if I forget to add a question into the template in the right sequence, I have to start all over again.Is there any way to reorder questions once they are in a safety inspection template.(I’ve tried numbering the questions in the base data, but multiple questions are used in multiple templates so this doesn’t work)
