The users used to claim newspaper allowance and conveyance allowance by applying in ESS. However, from November 2023, the newspaper reimbursement and conveyance allowance shall be paid with the salary. Therefore, the system should allow the users to claim the newspaper reimbursement and conveyance allowance till October 2023. The system should restrict or disable the functionality while applying reimbursement/allowance from the month of November 2023. Requested you to look into the case.

I am not sure I fully understand your question. Are you asking someone to adjust the system in accordance with a change in local regulations? Or are you asking what you yourself need to do to adjust current settings?
