Hello,

 

We are using IFS9 and one specific user is getting the following message when opening the New Employee Wizard; If Ok is clicked, nothing happens.The Information Message disappears but the employee can not be created.

We tried to clear cache, cookies,  tried connecting with multiple browsers, resetting the user profile but nothing seems to work. Users from the same organization are not having the problem so it is not something related to any VPN or Firewall.

 

 

 

 

Has anyone encountered the same issue? If yes, how can be fixed?

Fixed internally : removing all the files saved in the following path on the user’s local computer( where IFS saves the forms):  C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apps
