Cleared the User Profile

Hi Dilshan,

Even if this issue is for Expense, which is under HCM, it might be good to also post this question in the context of DOCMAN. I think this is foremost a DOCMAN issue, especially since it is working in Edge but not your browser.

However, there might still be people within HCM that has run into this issue and have an answer.

Maybe a stupid question.. but the Aurena agent is correctly installed and available?

If you check under “User settings” in Document management?

i Removed the Aurena Agnet Completly and it stating working 

But it is not a complete solution
