Hi,I am trying to use Manual_Credit_Check function to check creditI tried the Manual_Check in CO page, and check the response by Fiddler, it shows no error But When I call DB function IFSAPP.Customer_Order_Handling_SvC.Do_Manual_Credit_Check, it always shows “credit limit is exceeded”.So, I would like to know whether there is some special logic in API code. That means I use the function in DB won’t get the right result?

Hi All,IFS CLoud 25.1.1I came across a strange issue. I have downloaded the CRM Panel manifest file and loaded it in Outlook.I can connect to CRM Panel, but I have issues when I try to create a Lead:I fillout the Country and Language, but when I press Save, the data gets lost and I get CountryDb is manadatory error.Any ideas if this is perhaps a bug or I’m not doing something right? I’ve used CRM Panel before and didn’t encounter any issues.

We have found it is now not possible to enter a ‘Single Occurrence Address’ on a Customer Order due to a change in the code added 07/09/2023,  "--  230907  NiDalk   SCDEV-26130, Modified Check_Before_Update___ to add check to block setting single occurance for consignment stock Is there are background to this change and is there a workaround as this is a requirement.

Strange one, one user cannot see all customers, other users with exactly the same settings can. Tried clearing projection cache, metadata etc., problem still exists. I have logged in as the user on my machine the issue persists. Any ideas, pointers much appreciated.

Hi everyone,I'm currently working on a performance testing scenario involving IFS IEE, and I'm exploring the possibility of using Apache JMeter for this purpose.Our IFS setup uses Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) to enable Single Sign-On (SSO) with Windows credentials. This adds a challenge since the IEE client authentication is tightly integrated with Windows authentication (Kerberos/NTLM), which JMeter doesn't support out of the box.I'd like to ask:Has anyone successfully connected or simulated IEE actions via JMeter in an ADFS-authenticated environment? Are there any known workarounds (e.g., session token replay, fallback to basic authentication)? Would it be more feasible to test via Aurena REST APIs instead of the IEE client in such a case? Any advice on how to structure the test plan or simulate real user activity under SSO

Hi ,Appreciate your support on below. Is there a way to only send an email when a scheduled quick report runs if there are rows?  One of out customers have a report to show expired parts in stock and typically there won't be any parts but the report runs daily and sends a blank spreadsheet to folks (No Data Found).  The blank report is unnecessary. Thank you ,Lumini. 

Is there a solution that would allow creating Cases from an Email in Cloud?Is there a solution for an integration with cases and emails where the conversation, email thread or incoming emails for the case are saved / registered against the relevant case?

I work in IFS Cloud - updates 22.2.8.  When updating planned delivery time in customer order line to a later date than first promised, first promised is also changed.  We have printed the order confirmation first and checked in order details that this is the case in Documents shared.  Any one experiences the same now?

We have a multi-company environment.Company A manufactures a serialized blank and sells it to Company B.Company B finished the serialized part and sells it to the end customer.The end customer discovers a quality issue in the part and returns it to Company B.Company B determines the quality issue is a result of processing done at Company A.How can this part be returned to Company A for credit?

Hi Team,I have a requirement where Distributors wants to know the stock level prior to place an order from B2B client.Is there a way to switch Sites and observe the stock levels of each entity? 

We are mapping PDF orders and passing them through ICO, to follow the same path as our EDI orders.  Our PDF orders are being created as Single Occurrence Addresses though. In ICO, we are providing the EAN Address Location - Delivery which matches the Customer Address - “Customer’s Own Address Id”, which is how we connect the EDI orders to IFS customer addresses.  What am I missing?   Are there additional fields required that we are not mapping in ICO to load the Customer stored addresses instead of the the CO creating a Single Occurrence address?

We are facing an issue where items reserved by a Work Order (WO) cannot be packed into a Handling Unit (HU). Our goal is to group these reserved items into a single HU so that we can move them as a whole to the work center.However, IFS does not allow packing as the items are already reserved for the WO. Canceling the reservation is not an acceptable option due to process constraints.Question:What is the recommended way to handle this scenario in IFS? Issue with Same Day Delivery Orders in Quick Customer Order Registration – IFS 24 R1Since upgrading from IFS 22 R2 to IFS 24 R1, we’ve encountered an issue when creating same day delivery orders using Quick Customer Order Registration.The 'Wanted Delivery Date/Time' field in the order header no longer updates the 'Planned Delivery Date/Time' or 'Planned Ship Date/Time' in the customer order lines as it did previously.Expected Behaviour (in 22 R2): When raising an order, the 'Wanted Delivery Date/Time' defaults to the next working day. For same day deliveries, our Sales Team would update this field in the header to the current date. This change would automatically flow through to the 'Planned Delivery Date/Time' and 'Planned Ship Date/Time' in

Within IFS21R2 new functionality becomes available for presenting a product assortment.When I use non-inventory sales parts only I don't see the parts.Are they to be configured in a certain way or are only inventory sales parts allowed/shown via the B2B portal?

Hi everyone,In our IFS environment, we want to prevent users from creating direct purchase orders that exceed a specific limit without first going through a quotation process.Specifically, if a user tries to create a purchase order (without a preceding quotation) with a total amount greater than 20,000, the system should block this action when they attempt to release the order and show an appropriate error message.I’m considering implementing this via a custom event, but I’m looking for best practices or recommendations from the community: Has anyone implemented a similar validation for order limits? Would a custom event tied to the PurchaseOrderHeader and triggered before release be the right approach? Is there a preferred way to check if the order is linked to a quotation or not? Any advice or examples would be much appreciated!Thanks

I have found IFS Cloud that when the ‘Price Freeze’ toggle is enabled in a ‘Sales Quotation’ Line the opposite setting is shown on the ‘Sales Quotation Lines’ view.If you make a change on the ‘Sales Quotation’ it makes the opposite change on the ‘Sales Quotation Lines’.I have looked in Apps9+10 and the setting on the SQ is the same as the SQ Lines…Any information / feedback would be appreciated or is this a know issue?  

I purchase a lot controlled item from a supplier whose price at the time is $1.40.  Because this is a commodity type item (aluminum bars) whose prices fluctuate and our customer updates their standard costs monthly with the the CURRENT price of the material from the supplier ($2.00), when I do a return for credit, I get a financial transaction that shows the difference. But how do I notify/charge the supplier for the 60 cents difference so they can “pay” me?  The optimal way I think of this is PERHAPS use cost per lot batch but the customer doesn’t want to use that; opting for a standard cost per part.

After entering value of PrePosting in Purchase Requisition line (for a non-inventory part) and Purchase Order Line which is generated from purchase order, only M91 transaction does not have a value entered in Pre-Posting. But M92 is having this option.  When we check the basic data setup it shows as follows: However customer is having following business requitement. Customer  implementing a project in the company whereby the enterprise site 1 is being split operationally.Work tasks and purchase orders are still raised under enterprise site 2, but at a pre postings level customer will have different values to represent the two separate entities within.Subsequently on the pre postings the code part b (site) value will contain site 1 or site 2 values which are copied across from the work tas

We are migrating to Cloud 24R2 from App9 and have several Report Rules that utilize Tray Printing.  I am not seeing that as an option in Cloud Report Rule Actions.This is an example from App9 - in Cloud the Tray information ended up in the same line as the Printer Name.  Is that just the way it will be configured there? 

Hello all!Our organization recently updated from Cloud version 23R1.8 to 24R2.5. With the update we have run into an issue when attempting to use the “Create Customer Order” command button on the Business Opportunity page. Specifically, if a business opportunity contains lines that span multiple sites this button used to create multiple customer orders (one for each site) but now it produces an error that states “The Site Object Does Not Exist”.  We have tested this with a mixture of different sites and customers with no luck yet.  It doesn’t appear to be an issue with basic data.  We are working around the issue by using the “New Customer Order” command button on the line level and creating the orders separately with that method but returning to using just one command would be ideal. Any ideas what the issue may be would be greatly appreciated!

We shipped some parts on consignment to the customer.  Then consumed the consignment, but the system does not show the order in Create Customer Invoices.We have used customer consignment many times before and it always worked fine.  Can anyone think of what might be stopping the invoicing of a consignment order?IFS 10 UPD9

Hello, I’m trying to use “Save to CRM” functionnality from CRM Pannel and it’s loading forever when saving the email. The email appears in IFS but email body is never received by IFS.I tried to regenerate the manifest file and re-import it into Outlook. I also tried to change some CRM/SRM Pannel Settings. I tried go back to old outlook version. I tried on several emails including one with no attachment and only text in the body. Nothing changes it’s still not working. It used to work fine, do you have any idea of what is wrong ? Thank you,Kind regards
