We want to set up authorization for the Business Opportunity. We want employees to have to get permission from a supervisor to create a Sales Contract from the Opportunity.
This could be done, for example, by ensuring that the status of the Opportunity can only be changed after authorization from the supervisor.
I have been working with ‘Sales Process’ and the Approval feature it contains. But I can't find what I'm looking for there.
Can anyone advise me on this and suggest a solution? We are working in App10 Update 7.
