CRM snapshot functionality - Potential bug?

We are using Business Opportunities and try to follow the sales pipeline development over time. We have IFS Cloud 24R1 SU4. When looking at the pipeline data we have significantly lower number of business opportunities in the  snapshot compared to when we look at the business opportunity at any given moment in time. We do the same query by status of BO, excluding, Cancelled, Closed and On Hold,  so is there something I’m missing here. I assume that every snapshot should contain all BO or is it just the ones that are changed from last snapshot. We where missing about 37% of the BO in the snapshot.   Anyone else experienced this issue?
