To resolve this issue, please try the following solutions:
Once your password has been re-set, log in at https://support.ifs.com/csm. On the first page, enter your email address and on the second page, enter your email address and password.

What the support of services@ifs.com report like result for you, because I’m having the same problem and I’m trying to get a result with (services@ifs.com) and the answers wasn´t enough to resolve the error.
My client reset the password when received the first contact e-mail from IFS and has changed the password. So, I didn´t suggest him to reset again.
