Default Sales Process: Business Opportunity

I have properly creating a sales process and marked it as the default. However, whenever I create a new business opportunity, the “Sales Process” field is not defaulting to the Default Sales Process. What is the issue? This is for IFS Aurena with IFS 10.

Hi ​@mwesley11529  you need to select other crieterias as well. Default process can be for a specific Representative or else for a sepcific company. 

You should get the default sales process upon saving.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately that solution did not work. I created a test Business Opportunity and the Sales Process still did not default. Any other ideas?

@mwesley11529 I know you’re in Apps 10 Aurena, but in Cloud, you need to specify additional criteria on the default Sales Process page (renamed to Default CRM process in Cloud).

From your screenshot, it appears that no Representative ID, Customer or Country, etc. is selected.   Empty values are not considered for the default process to my knowledge.  I don’t believe that changed from Apps 10 to Cloud.  
 

The process should be added upon saving the header of the Business Opportunity.
