Our customer use “Customer Agreement” with a “Deal per Sales Group” discount. When setting up a “Promotion” in the “Campaign” routine (“Buy 3, pay for 2”) the Promotion kicks in, but the customer also get the “Deal per Sales Group” discount.from the “Customer Agreement” which gives the customer double discounts.Any ideas on how to avoid the “Deal per Sales Group” discount.from Agreemnet when setting up a Promotion ? 

Now, we can forward it to another authorizer and he/she can authorize accordingly. Similarly, we can assign a substitute for an authorizer and he/she can authorize accordingly. But when a particular purchase order authorization is forwarded to an authorizer having a substitute attached, the substitute is unable to authorize the forwarded authorization and this should be corrected.Ex: Authorizer A forwards the authorization of Purchase Order 124 to Authorizer B. Authorizer B has substitute authorizer C attached.In this scenario, C cannot authorize Purchase Order 124 even if he is a substitute of B.This behavior should be corrected such that C can authorize the forwarded authorization of the Purchase Order

some of my quick reports are deleted suddenly I wrote  a trigger on this table to log deletion and it says ifssys user is deleting this reportspls help me

We use The problem is that, user create a customer order 50 pcs. of an item from the demand site, then sends it to the supply site using the supply code "In purch dir". This order is delivered twice from the supply site 40 pcs. first then 10 pcs.Earlier, the supply site users changed the order quantity from 50 to 25. But it has not changed the supply site. The system generates customer invoice in 40 pcs. The order status of the customer on both sides changes to "Invoiced /Closed".Rest of 10 Qty are remain in "Inventory part in internal order transit" window. Usually we use "Undo Customer Order Delivery" to express the product from the "Inventory Part in Internal Order Transit" window.It is not possible to release using the "Undo Customer Order Delivery" window because the order status of the customer on both sides is "Invoiced /Closed". An error message has been shown. I have tried to clear this problem by showing some pictures

I am new to using IFS...coming from over a decade of SFDC.Initial question is how to I create a list view of recently opened ‘records’?  I would prefer my default list view of any object to be my recently opened records sorted by most recent until least.Does this ability exist in IFS? Derek

Hi,There are few  Customer Orders not appear to deliver which are in Released state but still don’t appear to deliver in ‘Deliver Customer order’ screen.Ideally as per attached image except ‘Invoiced’/’Partially Delivered’/’Delivered’ Customer orders rest COs which are in ‘Released’ state should appear for delivering.However those are in ‘Released’ aren’t getting the option to Deliver.Need some inputs on the same in brief. Thanks in advance!

It sometimes happens that you don't want to allow for any new work for a customer. IFS offers some standard functionality by means of statusses and checks, but this does not cover all situations. It is then for instance still possible to create costs on a project for a customer. Any ideas how to implement a "Customer Kill Switch” ?

Hello Community,We are using IFS 8.I need to cancel one maintenance order.While cancelling the Maintenance order tasks I am getting the message that thecustomer order line object has been removed by another user. I have checked the customer order linesHere Line no 1 and 2 are there but after that line no 7 is there.3,4,5,6 line no’s are missing here. I need to cancel this Maintenance order and then the customer order also.What will be required to do the same. RegardsDeepak.

Hello,Does anyone know if there is a place in Aurena where you can set a place to show which environment you’re in.  I work in several environments for troubleshooting and the URL is similar. In IEE, it could be set as an option.  Is there a similar setting for Aurena? ​​​​​In Aurena, I can’t find a similar setting.  And the environments have similar URLs

Hi, More than once the question is asked if we can produce a list with current prices for a customer. The price query calculates this and can show this per part.Does anyone have experience with producing this in a list (business report or other)?I understand there are some limitations to this,as the price is calculated based on multiple parameters. (date, qty, etc.) My thought was to create a report showing current prices for 1 sales UoM on the current date and maybe add an informational column telling the user that step pricing occurs for this part and if there are any promotions (from campaigns). Thanks in advance,Koen.  

Hi,We are using Customer Agreements to manage pricing. We have a pending price rise - but it is from Date of Invoice, not Date of Order Entry. The pricing logic is not pulling tihs though - when we enter a customer order line with a delivery/invoice date after the price increase date.  It does pull it though when we enter a Price Query. Has anyone come across this before? Any work-arounds?We are on Apps 9 - though if anyone has different experience in Apps10 or 21 would be interested, as it may influence out upgrade options. Thanks, Matthew

What is the permission set option to select to allow View, Edit and Create a Configuration on a Sales Quote?  We are trying to establish a permission set to allow to configure sales quotes, but not other options with the standard sales permission set.  I have created a custom permission set, that is allowing to Copy From another configuration, but not to create new, view or edit the configuration.  Please point me in the right direction to find the right Presentation Object or Database Object to select to allow for these options.  Thank you, The screenshot below is of the Sales Permission set. I’m looking for the View, Edit and Create options to move to my new custom Sales Quotation Permission Set. 

Hi All,while testing the CRM sales process basic data, I am able to delete an action but not a stage ! any way to do it ?Another question, is there is a way to delete a sales process already in use by a cancelled B.O. ? Because the B.O is cancelled, I cannot change her sales process neither delete it :(  Thanks  

The External Transport Lead time is not impacting the Planned Ship Date on Customer Orders when it gets adjusted.  We utilize the Supply Chain Matrix to get the Lead time based on our forwarder.  We have a calendar that is exploded/generated in IFS associated with the Ship Via.  We have it working in a test system, can’t figure out what is missing in Production and we are going live on Monday.  Any ideas?

Is there a way to setup a minimum customer order quantity before shipping product. Say XYZ customer doesn’t like to receive multiple shipment charges but they place orders frequently. Can you setup a way in IFS to say if Customer XYZ’s quantity is over 100USD ship it, if not do not ship it?  

Hello - I am new to IFS and am after some help with the following.  I would like to create an event that when a user creates a new supplier or customer record that IFS should alert the User to input the customer ID/Supplier ID if they have not already done so instead of allocating the customer/supplier a system generated number

One of the requirements from our offices is that they are able to add a “complementary” part to a sales quotation, it will show the price but not add the price of that part into the total.  So in a case where the customer contacts us for a Sales Quotation. Our team would like to add complementary parts (or what they call alternative parts) on the Sales Quotation. They want to show the price to the customer and potential discount, however, they don’t want to show it in the total. Is this an option within IFS? I know complementary parts exist but it seems to always add them into the total of the Sales Quotation. It seems more of an opportunity functionality rather than Sales Quotation. 

We have History Log turned on within History Log Configuration. for Enterprise > CustomerInfoAddressType for Insert, Update and Delete.  Recently, we talked to a user who had deleted an address.  Where do we locate the deleted records if we are keeping the details for 270 days?Thanks
