Dear community,

is there a way to set the “Default Info” as default?

In some cases it isn’t active and IFS creates two separate delivery notes.

Here what is the supply code that you are using ?

As per standard behavior When creating a customer order line for supply code ‘Int pur Dir’ unless the Deliver to Supplier value on the customer order header is the same as the supplier on the customer order line the default info check box will not be selected.

But When duplicating or copying such a line the application will always consider the standard behavior and not blindly copy data manipulated by the user and default info will be selected automatically.

in this order we use the following two supply codes:

Usually, the default info check box is selected only when there are NO mismatching information in the order header level and the line level.

If the check box is selected in an order line that’s meaning the address related information
will automatically be set to the header values.

 If any address related parameter is changed in the
line level creating a mismatch between the header and the line, the check box is cleared in the line.
Only if the check box is selected, any relevant change in the header will be reflected in the order line.

The delivery address is the same.

This check box is selected if the delivery address and the delivery information of the line and the header are the same. Delivery information means forwarding agent, mode of delivery, terms of delivery and delivery-from supplier etc.
