We are using Report Rule - Send Email and a Route to Connect Process for our Sales Quotations and have found a limitation.
Sales Quote PDF is 10 pages with size 237KB which works fine but as soon as we add additional lines to the quote the emails and route to connect processes no longer work. They are still 10 pages but the size changes to 238KB.
The PDFs show in Report Archive and Print Manager but the Report Rules do not process. PDF doesn’t show up in the Route To Connect location nor are the emails sent.
I’m not seeing any errors in Application Messages, Background Jobs, Print Manager so not sure where to check next.
