Hi,We have deployed drone-assisted technology to assist in collecting high quality data during close-up inspections when entering hazardous areas such as confined spaces. We also have been using ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicles) for getting different measurements in offshore vessels operating in oil and gas related operations.We are now exploring ways of getting these data to IFS. It would be great to know If someone already has experience in this area, and the different solutions used.We are in APP10 UPD15. 

Someone did Create Cycle Count and filled in the fields but did it incorrectly. Once the person realized their mistake instead of Cancelling the Cycle Count report they created, they physically didn’t count any of the parts but they recorded the information as if they had. Now they want to cycle count the part(s) again, but the system is telling us in the Background job “No data found for entered search criteria. Count Report not created.” What do I need to do to get the parts that were physically not counted onto a count report again??Thanks, Sheila

Does FSM have built-in functionality that would allow a user to identify/flag an inventory item as used?If it exists can it be reported on?

 In cloud , Field "Remark" is Available on "Work Task" →"Additional Info", but it is not available on "Work Task" Line in "Prepare Work Order" Page. Hope that RnD can add it for Cloud as it is available in Apps 9 and 10. Please see the attached pictures.Case : CS0099191 has also been created for this issue.

Is it possible to configure so that the Work Order Status doesn’t follow the Work Task Status?

Hi community.I get the following error: I am sure the limit was reached and recorded, and I am super sure, that the invoice was not created. What seems to be the problem? T&RPS: Internal environment no customer project.

I am trying to create a PM Action that would generate daily recurring work request for a night shift that works 22-06, start of generated work task should be at 22. The problem appears to be date change in midnight.In date type “From Time” must be bigger than “To Time” thus has to define separately rows for 22:00-23:59 and 00-06. The one minute gap is needed as otherwise the “Latest Finish must be later than Earliest Start” is raised already in PM Action. Unfrortunately the work request generation sets the start time at 00, not 22. The day type in calendar that I use is as below.  Any good ideas how to generate work requests that start at a certain time and have the earliest-latest span through the work “day” that starts in different date than it ends?

In the Maintenance Plan within Fleet and Asset Management, there are two calculation rules, Inspection and Overhaul, that works exactly the same way if the Cycle flag is set to No Cycle.Does anyone currently have any maintenance plans where the combination of Calculation Rule = Overhaul and the Cycle flag = No Cycle?

PM Maintenance Plan Due Date calculation is NOT CLEAR.PM Maintenance plan, next planned value is calculated based on , either(a) The Last Measurement at Maintenance(b) The Predicted Value at Maintenancewhen performed Value Base is YES. The calculation for Planned value is clear using 2 fomulars, but it is not clear how the Due date is calculated.It says, LENEAR REGRESSION is used to calculate the Due Dates of the maintenance plan based on the planned value.we did some testing using some measurements created but linear graph we drawn using Ms.Excel is not matching with the maintenance plan due dates.Does anyone of you know how the Due date is calculated using LENEAR REGRESSION. If you know any equation, please help me. 

Dear all.I checked the 23R1 DEV and noticed, that the Repair Order process still isn’t working.When is the date expected? Repairs are pretty common and yes managable with the manual process, but since there is a button Repair Order, it’s rather hard for the consultant to explain, why the function is not there. T&R

On what screen in IFS10 can a user find the same functionality that was available on the “Route PM Actions” screen in IFS8? Thanks!

Hi all,I’m running into an issue in which the Serial Object Warranty badge is indicated as ‘No’, however if you select the ellipsis and select Warranty, you will indeed see a Supplier and/or a Customer Warranty has been set-up.  This behavior is visible on the Serial Object as well as the Equipment Object Navigator.Process Steps:Receive Part with a Warranty Template defined (i.e. 1 year) Deliver this part to a Customer with SM Object creation specified on the Sales Part Navigate to either Serial Object or Equipment Object NavigatorHere is issue I see:  Is there something missing from the set-up?Thanks.  

Hi Community,In IFS Cloud 22R1 SU3, the Customer No is not inherited from the Object party when creating a new Work Order on this Object from the “Prepare Work Order” page. Is it a bug or is there a set up missing somewhere ? Thanks

Hello, I can’t reach IFS server in chrome. All needed extensions are downloaded. I tried to uninstall chrome, uninstall and reinstall extensions, cleared cookies, cache and browsing data still nothing happened. In barracuda testing connectivity, everything is going through, but can’t access in chrome.Maybe someone had this problem??

Is it possible to add an administrator group for a PM action? It can be observed that this is possible for both PM Program and Work Task Templates. When going to the PM Planning lobby, there are "My PM Programs" and "My Work Task Templates".  The aim is to see the PM actions, for which a particular maintenance engineer is responsible. 

Hello,I’m wondering if it’s possible to adjust the future due dates on a PM action with Performed Date Based set to Yes without a new work task being created/completed? Every time I try to manually change the due date on a line in the maintenance plan, the system won’t change any future suggestions. We’re running apps 10 update 13.A little background on the specific scenario:The PM generated a work order for 10/5/22, but because it falls during a major outage at the plant, it was decided to skip this instance and perform the maintenance when the unit is back online. The WO for 10/5/22 ended up being cancelled. The major outage will be completed by 12/12/22, so we want to adjust the next due date for this PM to line up with that date. I can manually adjust the due date for the next maintenance plan line and save, but the rest of the due dates don’t adjust. The Earliest Start, Latest Finish, and Remaining to Due fields also remain the same for the original due date. I’ve also tried chang

We are using IFS 10 UPD7 wherein the Inherit Measurement functionality is not available.Since there are some serial objects which are being moved between equipment's and running hours of the serial object is tracked for maintenance, repair and replacement, it is needed to auto update the measurement readings from the parent object. Would like to know is there any patch available to get this functionality in IFS 10 UPD7 version. Thanks in advance,Siva Ganesh M
