Hi Djedai,

Planned By definition: The signature of the person who planned the Work Task Template.

By this field you can identify the person who planned the Work Task Template.
 

Created By definition:

The signature of the user who created the initial revision of the work task template. This value will remain as it is also after new revision(s) have been created.

Created by field related to the person who created the initial revision of the work task template

The “Planned By” is used to highlight who is responsible for planning a template, e.g. make sure new revisions are created when things change etc. You have the equivalent field on PM actions as well.

Planned by can be modified. By defaut it is Created by
