Hi Community, I want to open an existing pop-up window from main page, I also enable Debug mode , but projection do not change for pop up window .  So I dont know how to give auth for this situation. I am new Aurena , please support me .

In Apps 10, I have noticed that when you use mWo and Aurena to report time on a Work Assignment, IFS creates a Work Task Clocking, but if I use my work in IEE I get a Work Task Time Report.  Is there a way to turn off the clocking functionality and only use Work Task Time Reports?

I have a problem with a part that is created in IFS by Novacura Flow software. It creates the Inventory part but it is not appearing in Inventory Part in Stock. A user wants to receive it in to a shop order (in the “Inventory Receipt” tab in “Receive Shop Order”; see screen cap below) but it can’t do that unless the part is in the Inventory Part in Stock screen.The one I have in the screen cap below is just one but there are others.Any help would be appreciated thanks.  

Hello,I’m running into an error trying to use an API method from the equipment object structure costs, and I’m wondering if this is a bug or if it’s intended functionality. If it’s intended functionality, would someone be able to explain why? Below is an example of the issue. For reference, we are running Apps 10 update 13. On equipment objects, there is a tab called cost/year. This shows summed costs that have been transacted against this object. On object V13201 below, the display shows a total cost for 2022 at $300.45. This is actually the sum of 4 different transactions so far, all with the cost type of Expenses. However when I run the API method EQUIPMENT_STRUCTURE_COST_API.Get_Total_Cost_Year('V13201', '104', '2022'), I get a null result returned.To confirm this API method works, I tested it on another object that has multiple cost types associated with it. We are evaluating the possibility to start using preventive and corrective maintenance in IFS10 and would like to have a perspective on the impact in planning and production modules.We would like that if a work center is schedule for preventive maintenance or if there is a work order to correct a mal function that the planning department could see this and the planning method would alert for the non availability of the work center in that date. The same would apply if a corrective work order is open for a specific work center that is not able to work properly.Is this possible? Is there documentation or demo on the subject? 

Has anyone integrated IFS apps with Teletrac Navman previously to obtain measurements such as vehicle odometer readings, operating hours and GPS Tracking data (x,y co-ordinates) etc. ?Or even similar software. Do you have any experiences to share ?

I have a problem when trying to move a Functional object in the objects structure in IFS10, update16. I get an error message saying ‘Object is already used in a Pm Action or Work order’. OK, that’s true but I can’t see any prerequisities regarding that in the online help.I also tried to Finish all active work orders but that didn’t help.So, is this a dead end? Will I never ever be able to move a Functional object to a new parant if there once was a work order for it?

Hi,How is it possible to define Type as ORIGINAL and to select View Type for Checking ? the checking dialog Box doesn’t see this option ?to allow somme user to view the file document  as PDF only and  owner to checkIn/checkOut as Word Document with One Document in EDM. Checking dialog boxThere is no option to select view type file ?when a check in only one file is uploaded although 2 files in the drive Worrd and PDF ThanksRegards

Hello,I am trying to find a way to easily replace obsolete work task templates in IFSAPPS10. I found a thread about the same questions, but it is not clear to me.Obsolete revisions on PM Actions | IFS CommunityCurrently the only effective method known to me is as follows.Create Work Task Template Revision Create revision on relevant PM Programs Replace Work Task Template in PM Programs Apply new revision on relevant objects Correct Start Value (effective change date)This seems to be a lot of work, so I found the function: Replace Obsolete Work Task Templates On PM Actions. But this does not update existing active PM Actions. So I found the thread and was hopeful to try to change the Work Task Template via RMB on the header. Unfortunately, I am unable to try this due to the fact it keeps being grayed out. Several tests later, trying out new revisions, status changes. I remain unable to select these options. Can someone help me?

Hello, We would like to start assigning Work Orders to specific technicians. Currently I know how to allocate Work Orders via the Active Work Order screen.  This would be fine to start working with, unfortunately I am unable to directly view if an order is allocated to a person. This makes it difficult to assign specific Orders to specific persons.Is there a way to directly view and assign/ allocate resource in one screen?Furthermore, I can assign a multiple people to a single Work Order. If one technician would accept the work, will the work disappear from the screen of the other technician(s)?Finally, could this process be automated? To be assigned using Qualifications (Resource Details)? 

Hi All.Could someone explane me why the system is not recalculation the due date after a new revision of a pm action? Even the PM info is set to performed date based “Yes”. But in new revision, the user set the start value to a future date and the Due date is still considering the last completion work task date. Souldn’t the system consider the next due date on Feb 2023 (Start Value) and not 11/2022? The correct way in the case bellow is the next due date should be 02/2023 and not 11/2022, because a new revision has been created.Thank for attention.Br. Lopes

How is “Assign work” different from “Allocate resource” in scheduling. If I do assign work, It gets assigned to the person as per the start date I gave which is understood but allocate resource does not seem to do anything. It gets into his calendar on the current date itself. And Adjust to schedule ON/OFF does not make any difference  

Hello,I was wondering how the values in the Equipment Object Cost/Revenue Analysis are generated?To get an insight in the operational cost I am looking for a method to connect part cost (i.r.w. maintenance activities) to functional objects.My current guess is that the Purchase Requisitions generated by Work Orders are linked to Functional Objects. Additionally, if we were to add labor cost to personnel we would also start generating labour cost via Clockings of Work Orders. Could anyone help me with these questions?Kind regards,Wout

Hi all,In IFS Cloud 21R1, I am looking for the required set up to make visible planned working time for a person resource in "Allocate resource" page.From the legend, I can see color codes corresponding to Calendar Details so it should be possible to have them displayedWhat I have done so far :create a day type dependant schedule in HR and assign it to the employee with time base = generated results the employee is linked to a resource with “use of HR schedule” activated I executed 2 background jobs : Generate Timrep intervals and hours + Generate calendar for Gantt I selected the option “Show working time” in the settings of the “Allocate resource” pageAnd yet I have a grey line throughout the day : What am I missing ?Is there anything else to do ? Thanks for your helpLénaïc

We just completed our first physical inventory in IFS 10. When I created a count report, I realized that it only had 640 inventory part numbers. Our system actually has 1399 part numbers. The result was that I had physical counts and no line to report them to. I discovered that lots of parts had been created with someone clicking the “Cycle Counting” box. Last night I did a mass update to change everything to countable. However, this morning, the new count report still only has 640 items. What am I missing?
